Don’t miss this chance to join a rapidly growing Microsoft Solutions Consulting Company working with some of the Entertainment Industry’s most dynamic companies. Founded in 2007 by Microsoft Architects and Employees TechPath has quickly established a very successful track record delivering leading edge Microsoft based solutions in the California and New York markets. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking.Net application development experts with a minimum five years of .Net programming experience and 7 years of overall experience.
Tasks will include but not limited to: Complex systems problem solving, Web development, Smart Client development, and WCF service implementation leveraging .Net 3.5. Most projects will include some combination of SharePoint, BizTalk and SQL development. We have multiple projects and have multiple and immediate openings for Senior .Net Developers to join TechPath, with contracts and full-time positions available.
Required Technical Skills:
• Expertise in .Net 2.0.
• Expertise in either ASP.Net 2.0 or Windows Forms/Smart Client Development/Silverlight
• Expert-level competency with C#
• Experience with .NET 3.5 (WF, WCF, WPF), including developing WCF services and consuming WCF services.
• Experience with database fundamentals including design and development a must. Knowledge of Linq to SQL a plus.
Desired Technical Skills:
• Experience with Software Factories; MVC, MCP patterns
• Experience with ADO.NET, SQL Reporting Services and SQL 2008
• Experience developing services in a SOA
• Experience with SharePoint 2007; planning, design, development, extending
• Experience with BizTalk Server 2004 or later versions.
• Experience with TFS; team development
Additional Skills & Competencies:
• Must be a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision.
• Strong coder with a passion for hands-on implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
• Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements.
• Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements
• Knowledge of the Media & Entertainment Industry a plus
